Each member can only view their own activity within the app. Members do not have access to the activity of the Primary Account or other group members. 📌 This ensures complete privacy and a clear separation of roles.

To activate the Group Billing service as a Primary Account, please follow the steps below: 📩 Send a request to the email: [email protected]. The rest is up to us.

No. The ability to create a Primary Account within the Group Billing service is provided exclusively to corporate accounts. However, the members (Members) added to a Group Billing scheme must be private only.

Group Billing is a service available exclusively for professional accounts (Primary Accounts). Through this service, a primary account can create a “group” of users (Members) — such as fleet drivers, collaborators, or family members — and take consolidated responsibility for billing their usage on the incharge charging network. 📌 This way, the Primary Account holder easily manages the expenses of all connected drivers through a single account.

Most likely, the Primary Account (i.e., the professional account managing the group) has insufficient balance in its wallet. 🔄 To continue charging: You will need to contact the owner of the Primary Account and ask them to add funds to their account wallet, so that the charging capability for all group members can be reactivated. 📌 The ability to charge depends exclusively on the available balance of the Primary Account.
